Westcoast & Central Florida Counties Covered:
Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, Desoto, Osceola, Orange, Seminole, Lake, Marion, Alachua and Okeechobee Counties. 

South Florida Counties Covered:
Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and Saint Lucie Counties. 

The Pristine Appraisal Report provides:
- USPAP compliant process and form
- Exterior photos of the Home and Comparable Sales
